My interview with Ronan Keating in 2012 was the highlight of my interviewing career and from then on I began to believe in myself. In 2013 I was extremely fortunate to interview Cosentino, who was my first non-music interviewee, then in 2014 I interviewed Hollywood producer/director/writer Doug Hannah! After hearing their duet with Ronan, I was extremely privileged to interview British country-pop duo The Shires in 2016. And then in 2018 through lots of hard work I was very fortunate enough to interview Ed Kowalczyk from the international award-winning group +LIVE+. My ultimate interview would be Rob Thomas, and I have tried to do so every time he has toured Australia.
To date I’ve interviewed some great artists/bands like Vanessa Amorossi (2010,2019), Kate Ceberano (2010, 2013), Michael Paynter (2010, 2014), Diesel (2010, 2011, 2013, 215,2018), Tony Rand (2010, 2011), Adam Kowalczyk, Harry from The Cat Empire, Jon Stevens (2011,2013), Nick Barker, Wes Carr (2011,2012), Iva Davies, Rick Price, Todd Hunter and Mark Williams from Dragon, Jacob Butler, Angus Stone, Katie Noonan, Tania Doko, Birds Of Tokyo and Adam Martin, Dave from Baby Animals, Anthony Callea, Mark Vincent, Damien Leith, Boom Crash Opera, Ella Hooper, Suze DeMarch, Brooke Schubert, Rudely Interrupted, Dean Ray, Mahalia Barnes, Leo Sayer, Chocolate Starfish, Troy Cassar-Daley, Josh Pyke, Tim Ferguson, The Tesky Brothers and Katie Noonan.
However, in February 2018, one of my interviewing dreams came true! Ed Kowalczyk agreed to be interviewed by little ol' me! After that I took over a year off due to chronic nerve pain, not knowing if I ever could return to interviewing again, but after successful surgery and a much-needed rest, I returned in 2019. I have learned (well kind of *winks*) I'm not Superwoman anymore so I've cut back on interviews, but I'm still extremely passionate to give a platform Where ALL Artists ARE Heard.
My ULTIMATE goal is to interview Rob Thomas! If I get to, when I retire (haha...yeah right!) I'd be content.
